Barbecue tradition, local ingredients and the art of smoke. Join us at the Chef's Table.We set off in the Smoke Room, where you will
be greeted by one of our experienced pitmasters. Over drinks, we will talk about all-things- barbecue, observe the restaurant's operations, and do some smoking of our own. The Experience concludes with dinner, and our seasonal Tasting Menu, complete with Wine or Old-Fashioned Cocktail Pairing. |
